So far so good! Responsive, fair, appear when they say they're going to be. Nice stuff in the showroom. Whoever does the buying knows contemporary stuff that is quality material and looks good. Bought a hot tub from them. Personable, friendly, prompt, attentive.
We had our backyard landscaped a couple of years ago and were fairly happy with it. Some of the patio stones now have cracks in them which is disappointing. We did speak with Creative Homescapes about it in March 2018 but they did not follow up. They also always claimed to be busy whenever we asked about the quote we requested in April 2018 for our front yard landscaping. Now it's September and I still can't get a response.
Started to plan our dream backyard August of 2017. The design was great. All of our meetings were with the owner. The project was big and set to start April-may 2018. We had a few meetings in between August and February. Our last meeting was going over some of the details that had not been decided on yet. This was in February. When they left everything was great! We texted the owner over the next few weeks about stuff he was suppose to check on and never heard back. Then in March we get an EMAIL saying he can no longer fulfill the contract because of BS reasons that were made up. This is after we have him $20,000 dollars deposit in Sept 2017. So now we are left a month and half before the project was suppose to start starting from scratch. The owner is YES man that makes promises he cant keep. He severely lacks professionalism and cant have a face to face conversation with you... has to hide behind an email. I feel sorry for him actually. We did get our deposit back after we went to the place once and it wasnt ready. Their BBB rating is horrible and after the fact I found out horror stories about them. It was probably a blessing in disguise though we found an awesome contractor that built us a dream backyard and it was cheaper! Stay far far away from this place and do your research before going there.
Had beautifully designed brickwork completed in the Summer of 2016. Unfortunately, we have had some issues since then - simple fixes, and have been trying for the past year to get someone out to look at our problems. I have called, emailed and event sent pictures via email to the company several times each month since August of 2017 with promises that someone will return my call without success. I guess someone finally came out to the house this past Spring and replaced some brick work, but there was no follow up indicating this too us (and we still see the same issue as before). I was told that they just come out when they can - not necessarily when the homeowner is there to explain the issues. Our brickwork is beautiful, but the follow up issues and communication is horrible. We are getting more work done to our yard, but not through this company since customer service and follow up once they get your money is extremely poor.
Ordered sod for my yard, but when I went to pick it up, they had given it to someone else. I wasn't impressed. They offered to give me my money back, but I said I don't want my money back, I need the sod. I had to Wait an additional week. At the time, there was shortage of sod everywhere. They charged $4 something for their sod while it was $6 and change at home Depot. It was frustrating. The next week they had my sod ready with an apology.
