This pharmacy is on its own level when it comes to customer care and I emphasize care not service.Their staff are second to none and go the extra mile for their clients daily. They treat all their clients with respect dignity and care, and that isnt always the case in other pharmacies when it comes to methadone replacement therapy
Pharmacy called to say prescription was ready. Went to pick-up, had no idea what I was talking about. Took 30 minutes to sort out the confusion. Didn't process Green Shield coverage even though information was sent and is covered. Had to pay out of pocket and manual send in paperwork for reimbursement.
Hunter's Pharmacy right of the bat recognizes me by name which is huge. I've never had a bad experience and they always have plenty of smiles to offer along with their constant help.
