Ron was very nice and answered all my questions. He was along with us every step of the way on roof improvement project. The service provided by his crew was fast and efficient with quality materials and workmanship. The difference in our home after the roof was completed was unbelievable. Our house now feels like a home . We thank him and Gauthier for their help and highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price.
I am writing this review as recent customer. I had my roof and eaves replaced three years ago by Gauthier Roofing. Ron was very thorough and attentive. I was well informed, starting from the estimate to the job completion, knowing what to expect at each stage. Ron provided timely calls and/or emails throughout the process, addressing our concerns of weather, timeline and material used. His crew is very professional on the job site, leaving the site tidy and clean during the job. My yard was returned to its original condition upon completion of the job. My roof and eaves look great three years later. I have had no problems and have recommended Ron to many friends and family. I will definitely use Gauthier Roofing again and highly recommend them.
Gauthier Roofing is very proud of the work they do whether it's a big job or a small one. Not only are they adamant about detail and their workmanship, they truly care about their customers. Customer service is impeccable! I've always been able to communicate, call or email the company and it's the owner who has always replied immediately. I've had my roof done over 8 years ago and I asked if they could come out for an issue with a down pipe from the eavestrough that pulled away from the brick. Ron replied the same day after work hours and sent a worker to fix it without charge. You need to have a reliable company who you can depend upon at any time. Gauthier Roofing is the one I've had experience with and because of their great customer service, I'd always highly recommend them to any one in search of roof related work. Another plus for Ron is that people who know the industry well have complimented on the great work and detail they have seen on the home. That is something to be proud of!! They are the best as far as I'm concerned! Thank you Ron, for taking good care of us!!
I was extremely impressed with all staff, informative, friendly and professional. No one made me feel I was taking up their time. Phone discussion of the job was followed up by an email. All work was done in time frame discussed. Employees who did the work were also so professional and courteous. Neighbours also commented on their work ethic. Clean up during and end of job was impeccable. I will definitely have them do my next home improvement.
