I ordered business cards and they weren't really what i had intended, which was most likely partly my fault. After i contacted them they promptly replied and i dealt with an amazing employee named Alex. He completely fixed my cards to exactly what I had envisioned and sent them back free of charge. I cannot be happier with the customer service Vistaprint provides. Great work all around!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU NEED THINGS ON TIME. They do not honour their delivery dates - they do not tell customers when things are out of stock - my order, which I needed by a specific date, is now 5 days over due and still no new delivery date has been given. When items are out of stock they only tell customers days after purchase, and they offer no solutions. Really poor customer service and very disappointing.
I ordered 50 "Thank you notes" and half arrived damaged. I made a phone call and without question or wanting to see the damage they placed a full order (not just for the half) immediately no charge and will be here in 3 working days! Great customer service!
